Physical Items
All items will be sent using the Peruvian Mail Service.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 14-16 business days
Europe: 16-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 26-30 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 16-20 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 18-20 business days
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, duty fees, VAT that may apply upon receipt of the package. If a package is returned because customs fees have not been paid, you will receive a refund on the original purchase price of the items, however postage cannot be refunded in this instance. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Payment 

​​​​​​We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay using your PayPal balance.

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Digital Items

Please be aware that you are purchasing a digital pattern, not a finished product.

All our patterns are electronic and download as PDF files.  You will not receive anything in the post. 

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the patterns you purchase, you can download it free here.

If you have any problem downloading a pattern, please contact me using my contact page.

We do our best to ensure that all photographs and product descriptions provided on the Think Curious website are accurate.  If you notice any mistake please let us know so we can correct it.
